An icebreaker reception will take place on Sunday, March 4th 2012, at the Royal Observatory of Madrid, Spain, from 17:00 to 20:00 h.
Registration desk will be open, where you should pick up your badge (which is compulsory to access the auditorium) and conference materials.
Please note that the Royal Observatory premises are inside an area which is in general closed on sundays. Therefore, to easy access to the icebreaker reception, members of the LOC will pick up participants at Hotel Agumar at 17:00h, 18:00h, and 19:00h. Please ensure to be there at any of those times, since groups will gather and be brought to the ROM.
A free guided visit to the fantastic museum of the Royal Observatory is planned to happen at 18:30h. Don't miss it !!
