Instructions for proceedings

As mentioned in Madrid, we will prepare a proceedings volume for the IVS General Meeting 2012. We are currently compiling the instructions and will be testing the processing scripts. The deadline for paper submission will be


April 30, 2012

A significant change with respect to previous GM Proceedings will be that this volume will be compiled using the 'pdflatex' command. Hence, supported graphics formats are JPG, PNG, and PDF. PostScript graphics need to be converted to PDF before inclusion. The password for submitting your report is identical to the password for the 2011 Annual Report. The editors will send out another note once instructions and scripts are finalized and fully tested.
