Conference registration
Your conference registration includes paperwork material, coffee breaks, the EVGA conference lunch, and a visit to the RAEGE Observatory in Santa Maria (inauguration ceremony of the antenna, on May 20th 2015). Students may apply for reduced registration fee (please send a letter in proof of studentship to the LOC). In some exceptional cases you may request the LOC to waive your fee (for example, students who present an oral contribution to the scientific programme).

Accompanying guests
Guests are welcome to participate in the planned activities. For best organization, these need to be informed to the LOC, in particular if the trip on May 20th to Santa Maria Observatory is to be included (cost, including flight and EVGA lunch, is 150 Euro/guest; this is included in the registration fee for all EVGA participants).
