To register to the meeting please fill in the form below, and finally click on the submit button. Your email address will be used as your identifier when submitting abstracts or to update your registration. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

PLEASE BEWARE THAT THE VENUE IS LIMITED TO 50 PARTICIPANTS. ONCE THE LIMIT IS REACHED, YOUR REGISTRATION IS WILL BE ONLY TO A WAITING LIST.
